SONTRONICS® Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Occasionally there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any potential delays at the point of your order being confirmed.


Shipping rates

We ship to all mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, DHL Express service or EVRI. Addresses in the Highlands and Islands may be subject to an additional shipping delays.

We ship to all countries globally and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on live DHL Express rates. Shipping is based on DAP (Delivery At Place). This means all local taxes and duties are liable and paid for by the customer, not by Sontronics.

Collection fro Sontronics HQ

If you live nearby (we are in Poole, Dorset, BH12 4QD, UK), you can collect directly from Sontronics HQ.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sontronics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@sontronics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
