Shipping & Returns Policy
The following Terms of Business will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SHIPPING
Products that are in stock are dispatched on the same working day or the next one after the order is received. All shipments are made on an ex-works basis.
We do not accept liability for any claims made by the customer or third parties due to delays in fulfilling orders or during transportation.
Unless specifically requested otherwise, partial shipments will be sent with the remaining items dispatched as soon as they become available.
A delivery note accompanies the goods.
RETURNS / FAULTY GOODS
Changed your Mind?
We have a 100% money-back guarantee for products returned within a 28-day period.
We hope that you will be delighted with your product, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please return the item to us for exchange or refund. (Please note that refunds may only be made to the same credit or debit card as used for the original purchase.)
Please return the product to us unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt. We shall then refund you the full price you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We do not refund postage and packaging costs.
Returning a Purchase
To help us to deal with your returned item as quickly as possible, please email us at info@sontronics.com with your order number, details of which item you would like to return and the reason why.
Please make sure the product is well packaged and protected. We suggest that all items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and that you obtain a certificate of postage which you keep as your proof of purchase. Regrettably we cannot be responsible for Returns that do not reach us. If the package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the shipping provider e.g. Royal Mail.

Warranty
All our products are automatically covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, but any new microphone can be upgraded to Lifetime Warranty if you register your product with us within 30 days of purchase.
