Entry Criteria

- Meet all requirements for the Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering at the Abbey Road Institute

- To be 18-25 years old at the time of enrolment.

- Exhibit strong potential, motivation, and a genuine commitment to developing skills in music production and sound engineering.

- Applicants must be able to cover their living costs throughout the course and any visa application fees. Sontronics will be covering the cost of the course

Course Entry Requirements

The Application Process

Step 1:

Apply for Scholarship

Apply for the Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering at Abbey Road Institute London. You'll also need to submit a 60-second video explaining your passion, motivation, and why you're the perfect candidate for the Sontronics Scholarship.

Step 2:

Interview Shortlist

After the application process closes, the Abbey Road Institute team will review all submissions and shortlist the candidates based on the strength and potential demonstrated in their applications.

Step 3:

Interviews

Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to an interview stage, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their passion, talent, and vision for their future in the music industry. This interview allows the panel to gain deeper insights into each candidate’s potential before making the final decision.

Step 4:

Shortlist decided

After the interview stage, the Abbey Road Institute team will review all submissions and shortlist the candidates based on their strengths and potential demonstrated during the interviews.

Step 5:

Scholarship Student Selected

A panel of Sontronics and Abbey Road Institute staff will select the successful candidate to offer them this unique opportunity.
