How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed and paid for before 2pm on a weekday will usually be processed and released for shipping that same day. Orders placed and paid for on a weekend will be processed on the next working weekday. You will receive a Confirmation Email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

The shipping time is the suggested time of transit from Sontronics HQ to your delivery address, depending on the method you have chosen. An order shipping to mainland UK with the Express delivery option should usually arrive with you the next working day or with the Standard delivery option should usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

Most carriers advise that their quoted shipping times may change subject to adverse weather conditions, backlog of orders at busy times and/or breakdown of machinery or delivery vehicles.

*CHRISTMAS* Please note that last date for Christmas shipping is Wednesday 20th December, but this isn't guaranteed.
(We cannot be held responsible for any orders that don't arrive in time for Christmas, even if purchased before this date.)

If you are waiting for a delivery, please refer to any tracking information we have given you in your confirmation email before contacting us.

Can I collect my order from you?

You can opt for FREE pickup if you are local to us. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will be advised when your order will be ready and we will ask you to confirm a pickup appointment time. 

Please note that we will need to see a form of valid ID and a printed or on-screen copy of your Order Confirmation email before we hand over your purchase.

What are your shipping rates for Europe and the Rest of World?

Please contact our Sontronics Orders Team if you want to place an order with international delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Notification with tracking information that you can use to track its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can you ship to a UKPO address or a PO Box?

We can ship to UKPO Forces addresses. Simply enter the full address at the checkout and enter your Forces number in the NOTES section.

Please contact us directly regarding VAT refunds for UKPO shipments.

We do not currently ship to any UK or overseas PO Boxes, as most shipping agents will not do so for reasons of security and safety. If you feel you have circumstances that would affect this decision, please contact us directly.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, but only in specific circumstances. Please read the full guidance and advice on our Returns Policy page.
