Launched in 2006, the Sontronics Education Partnership Programme was launched to bring our microphones and other products available to students across the UK. The microphones are already installed in various studios where they are regularly being used in teaching, research and experimenting by students and staff on music technology and recording courses.
As Sontronics founder, Trevor Coley, says:
“The partnership scheme is already proving successful
in colleges around the UK, and we have plans to expand this
around Europe and the rest of the world for 2008 and beyond.
Music students are at the cutting edge, and I love the idea
of them using our mics to test theories, experiment and get
results. It’s SO rewarding for everyone involved!”
